Refunds
Notify us within 24hr of receiving the product.

• Have your invoice number for the purchase at hand.
  
• The item must include all components received in the original packaging.
• Item/s must be returned within 7 days of date purchased
• Collection fees apply to returns
• For exchanges - goods (in original packaging and unused) and a 15% handling fee will be charged.  Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept any opened or used products for returns.
